• Earlier this afternoon, the Pop Legend, Michael Jackson, suffered from cardiac arrest and was found without a pulse.
  His death occured at his home in Holmby Hills and he was 50 years old at the time of death.
• Aside from the negative stories about him, let's take our time to appreciate what he's done for pop and the entire music generation...

Results - Battle at the Plant - 6/19/09

• Alright, I just got back from the competition and it was long and intense.
• There were a lot of entries in this one due to the popularity of the first one.
  There was probably over 45 people that joined which is pretty big.
• Unfortunately, we didn't have a camcorder or camera to record the event because only Melvin and I went.
• All matters aside, the winner of this competition is GEO! Again!
• He played against Erick Perez in the final round, with E to nothing! Wooh!
  Geo won $74 and Erick won $24.
  Congratulations, man! Two competitions won in a row. Epic.
• There have been rumors of an upcoming competition hosted by Clumsy Skate Team.
  It might take place at around September.

Battle at the Plant Today! - 6/19/09

• It's the last day of school and it's also the day of the competition!
• Stop looking at pornography and get your lazy butt to the plant by 4:30PM!

Reminder - 6/18/09

• Don't forget, the competition is tomorrow! There will be skaters from several schools that will be attending and participating so make sure you're ready.
  And if you feel intimidated, don't worry. At least you had the balls to enter and you can boast about how close you were to the finals.
• So make sure to bring all your friends so they could cheer for you, and invite force some skaters to join in the event.
  Otherwise, they got some small ass dicks!

Battle at the Plant Notice - 6/14/09

• Also known as Battle at the BKII for you who attended the first Battle at the BK.
• The competition will take place behind the Mann Plant theatres and anyone may enter this game, no matter how short or tall you are, the only thing that matters is that you can skat. Win or lose have some fun! If you are not planning to join, feel free to watch.
• The Game of Skate starts on June 19, 2009 at 4:30PM.
  Competition fee is $2 per person.

  In this game, Pop Shove It AND Shove It will be counted as the SAME trick.

Website Update - 6/14/09

• Thanks to Javascript, I finally got the chance to edit the Videos page, so that if you're viewing it on Internet Explorer it'll come up as a vertical scrollbar. Although, it won't look as I intended it to be, at least it's not extending out of the page.
• Btw, I hate finals. Especially when it's a project. Screw you "To Kill A Mockingbird"...

Website Update - 6/10/09

• If you haven't noticed already, the background has been changed. I felt like having a simple basic background.
  And one that's smaller in size on the hard disk, so that I could save up some space since this isn't a fully hosted site.
• Speaking of website hosting, we might plan to order a domain(website name) and a hosting package so we can have more space
  for pictures and such, and a domain like http://teamphenom.org/ or something like that, instead of having tripod in our site name.
• But yeah, that's just a probability. We're still discussing our financial issues and such.

Team Phenom is now associated with Clumsy Skate Team - 6/6/09

• So I just talked to Ace, from CST, and decided to put up their videos on the site.
• It took me a while, but I got the deed done.
  So go check out the Videos page
  and look under the CST - Videos banner.
• Also, CST is a skate team and Team Phenom is a media crew. So it wasn't two skate teams forming together.
  Just that their videos will now be put on our site.
• Team Phenom is great friends with CST anyways and Leandro (Me) is part of CST as well.
• Note:The film strip design doesn't look good on Internet Explorer because it doesn't show the scrollbar.
  Internet Explorer sucks anyways, get Firefox!

Website Update - 6/6/09

• Edited the Videos page.
  Made it look like a film strip to better suit the Videography environment.

Strathern Park Photo Album - 6/5/09

• Alright, so the pictures have been finally uploaded and put up on the site.
• There was approximately 1,500 pictures in total and we narrowed it down to about 120.
• Due to the fact that this site has a limited amount of storage space, I had to upload the pictures to an external site.
• Visit the Strathern Comp. Photo Album now and check out the selected few.

Competition Video - 5/30/09

• I just finished editing the video, and it took me about 4 hours.
• We now have content in our Videos section.
• So go check it out!
• As for the pictures, we'll have up once the photographer sends it to us.

Competition is Finished! - 5/29/09

• So today was the competition. There was a decent amount of people, but only a small percentage signed up.
• It was still an exciting event due to the incredible matches.
• We took videos and pictures, and they'll be up as soon as we're done with editing and uploading them.
• And the winner of this event is...
  Geo - from Panorama High School! He won $40 from all the entry money.
• He played against Tarzan and George Perez.

Slavin Beth Park Skate Competition - Update 5/7/09

  Kool-Aid will be sold for $0.50 per cup and $0.25 per refill.
  No requirements needed to enter, only $2.00 to be entered.
  There will be a 1st and 2nd place prize. 1st place will gain a major percentage from the entry money. 2nd place winner will get the rest. Perecentages haven't been decided yet, this will be updated once decided.
  Any additional information and rules will be on the flyer. I'll post the flyer on the page once it's finished.

Website Updates - 5/4/09

• So on May 2nd, Pacqiao KO'd Hatton within 2 rounds. That was a great day, although I myself didn't watch it. There were Youtube videos, though.

So...uh...what's up? - 4/30/09

• You're probably wondering what's going on with the team. If not, then get the fuck out stay and look around for a while. Well, we're still awaiting for any events that may occur so that we're able to get some content for the site. As for me, I've been learning how to use Adobe™ After Effects CS3 and Premiere Pro CS3 and its many interesting features and effects, so that video editing will be a breeze for me and the outcomes will be phenomenal. So, just be patient for now and we'll do our best to get some content up and running.
• Also, there will be a competition, hosted by us, coming soon within the North Hollywood area. Dates currently unknown.
  So make sure to keep an eye on any updates about that. ;]

RVCA Signing! [4/18/09]

• The RVCA team had a signing event going on at Val Surf, so Franklyn went to check it out. That's also where he recruited Kevin and Ruben, and luckily they were able to capture quite an amount of pictures for us.
• Our Photography section now has content in it.
  Be sure to check out the pictures taken for the RVCA Signing event.

• We have recruited two new members to Team Phenom. Their names are Kevin & Ruben, they're brothers, and they're great photographers.

• Oh and on top of that our leader, Franklyn, has updated his profile.
  So see what he's got to say about himself. :]

• Added navigation bar for profiles for efficient transition between each profile.
  -It's only seen when viewing the actual profiles.
